We are seeking an experienced and skilled Backend Developer with a minimum of 4 years
of experience, specializing in Go Lang. This role involves leading backend development
efforts, optimizing systems, and mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with strong expertise in Go Lang.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• In-depth understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and familiarity with
  NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Knowledge of security best practices for backend systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
  Stack).
• Ability to mentor and lead a small team of developers.
